Acrobat Capture was used to create new documents that contained the original TIFF image with text hidden behind the image that can be searched, indexed and copied like any other PDF document. FileNet's Content Services uses the hidden text for content based retrieval and Web Services enables content retrieval from the web. Using the Integral's conversion utilities, the PDF files and Watermark indexing information was loaded into Content Services thus making the old Watermark data searchable. With its new system, Robinson Brick is now able to search for text with their scanned documents and copy it into any Windows application.
